A new lawsuit has been filed against actress Gwyneth Paltrow by a man who claims she was responsible for a skiing accident that left him seriously injured. The plaintiff, Terry Sanderson, is seeking $3.2 million in damages for the incident that occurred at a ski resort in Utah in February 2016.

Lawyers for Sanderson argue that Paltrow was skiing recklessly and crashed into him from behind, causing him to suffer multiple injuries, including a concussion and four broken ribs. They claim that Paltrow did not exercise reasonable care while skiing and was skiing too fast for the conditions.

Paltrow's attorneys, on the other hand, insist that their client did nothing wrong and that Sanderson was actually the one at fault. They argue that Sanderson was skiing out of control and crashed into Paltrow from behind, causing her to fall and sustain minor injuries.

According to court documents, Paltrow's lawyers have filed a motion for summary judgment, asking the court to dismiss Sanderson's lawsuit on the grounds that he was the one who caused the accident. Sanderson's lawyers have opposed the motion, arguing that there are disputed facts in the case that should be decided by a jury.

The case is set to go to trial later this year, and both sides are expected to present evidence and call witnesses to support their arguments. If the case proceeds to trial, it could be a high-profile battle between Paltrow and Sanderson, with millions of dollars at stake.

This is not the first time Paltrow has been involved in a controversial lawsuit. In 2018, she settled a $1 million lawsuit with a man who claimed she had crashed into him while skiing at a different resort. Paltrow denied the allegations but agreed to settle the case to avoid a lengthy legal battle.

As the legal battle continues, many are wondering who will be found responsible for the accident and whether Paltrow will be forced to pay millions of dollars in damages. Only time will tell, as the case makes its way through the court system.
